Website analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand website activity and measure enquiries generated by advertising.

Our website uses Google Advanced Consent Mode. Google tags may send limited cookieless measurement signals even when you decline optional cookies. These signals can include technical information about your visit, device and interactions with the website.

If you consent, Google may also use analytics or advertising cookies to measure visits and attribute enquiries to advertising.

Our integration sends basic enquiry events and project categories, but does not intentionally send form answers, names, contact details, photographs or uploaded documents to Google. Enhanced conversions and personalised advertising are not enabled.

You can decline optional cookies without losing access to the website or enquiry forms. You can change your preferences using Cookie settings in the footer.

These providers may process personal information on our behalf or, where applicable, for their own purposes under their respective terms.

Some processing may take place outside the UK. Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use applicable adequacy arrangements or appropriate contractual protections. You can request further information about relevant safeguards through our contact form.

We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep information

Enquiries that do not become projects are normally deleted within 12 months of the last meaningful correspondence.

Information relating to completed projects is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage warranties, maintain accounting and tax records, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Accounting records are generally retained for six years, unless a longer period is required.

Website security information is retained as necessary for security and operational purposes. Cookie preferences are remembered for up to 180 days. Further information about browser storage is available in our cookie information.

We review the information we hold and remove it when it is no longer needed.
